A Little Trip to the Mall!

It's gonna be a little short today.  So I went to Topanga Mall today to go shopping, this was my Christmas present from my dad.  I hardly found anything... :( 

but i did get a few things today! I found a Brandy Melville store, one of my favorites, from there I got a pair of ruffle shorts & a rib cage bustier and I went to BestBuy which was across the mall and got the BluRay DVD: This is The End! Not much but it's okay!

During lunch, my dad gave me a choice to choose as his Christmas present to me.  Either to continue shopping fro clothes, shoes, accessories, etc. or a brand new phone?  At this point I'm not sure i did want a new phone, I was thinking of either the iPhone 5S or the HTC mini..I just need to check the HTC out and then maybe then I'll make my decision!

Since this year is coming to an end, I can only hope that I've done my best to have inspired many people with the amount of knowledge i had with fashion & style.  I am still trying to learn more on trends, style, just fashion overall.  My style is more simple yet with a chic, edgy twist to it. However, I am trying to broaden my style and go for things much bolder than i usually go for.  Especially since I've cleaned out my closet & drawers of clothes that i don't wear anymore.  I do want my clothes to be more diverse; more colors, more prints, just more variety really!

I am a recently new fashion blogger, so i'm still learning the ropes and trying to see how i can grab my followers interests.  It may take a while but i guess I'll use that time to try new things & create some new outfit ideas!  I guess that's my new years resolution as a blogger,; learning some new photo editing, and figuring out ways to grab my follows attention and learning of their fashion interests.  That sure will be one that I hope to achieve!

These past couple months have been hectic & fun.  Everything just went by so fast that I wish we could all turn back and do it all over again! But this vacation was much needed, school's been a little hectic but i mean that's college.  It wouldn't be college with it being hectic from time to time.  Even the weather has been crazy; at first it gets cold then all of a sudden it's warm like summer.  So for that this is an outfit i wore today; just went around to do some errands & get myself some cool froyo as a little reward for me of losing 20 lbs in just a little less than 2 months!

The Start of my Fashion Journey!

Wow, okay so this is my official first post! I guess i should start with this; Hello, my name is Trisha and welcome to my fashion blog.  I'm glad that you've come along on my fashion journey & hope you can stick around! I may not know everything there is to know about fashion but what i do know is that fashion isn't what makes who you are but what you make of it.  The way you put clothes, accessories, & shoes together and putting your own unique spin/twist to it is what makes who you are as a person.  That's my fashion philosophy, well one of them.  Another is that fashion comes and goes, but style. Style is what makes you stand out from everyone and is what will never go away; a shorter way of saying it is: Fashion is fade but Style is infinite!  

I was never really interested in fashion that much, it was only until my junior year of high school which was 2 years ago, that i became interested and also by one of my best friends too.  High school does changes you I guess, haha! Till then, I love to shop; Forever 21, UrbanOutfitter, Foreign Exchange, American Eagle Outfitters, etc.  Along the way I, in a way taught myself about styles and trends through fashion magazines & watching E news, and also by searching and following a lot of famous Instagram fashion icons!  From then on I started doing OOTDs/OOTNs, outfit layouts, shopping hauls, and so forth.  I just hope to become a role model/fashion inspiration to many people like the famous fashion IGers that I follow and have befriended with.  

I started out doing my fashion blog on Instagram; lovefashion_95, but i guess here is where i"ll be posting where every aspect of my outfits comes from.  So if you would like, come along and follow me on my fashion adventure as I will learn about other styles & trends along the way.  I have a few other blogs that I'll be doing the same, so I'll keep you guys updated about that!
